Scheduling and Appointments
Appointment times are estimated arrival windows and may be affected by traffic, weather, prior appointments, emergencies, or material delays.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that installation areas are accessible and safe before service begins.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We respectfully ask customers to provide advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests whenever possible.
Repeated cancellations, no-shows, unsafe environments, or abusive behavior may result in refusal of future service.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
• Ensuring TVs, mounts, furniture, and customer-supplied products are compatible and in working condition
• Confirming HOA, landlord, or property management approval when required
• Informing us about hidden pipes, electrical wiring, water lines, or unusual wall construction
• Removing fragile or valuable items from the work area before installation
ZehmTV Mounting Services LLC is not responsible for pre-existing wall damage, hidden structural conditions, improperly manufactured products, or failures caused by defective customer-supplied equipment.
Service Limitations
While we take extreme care during every installation, certain wall materials, tile, stone, brick, plaster, or older construction may carry additional installation risk.
We reserve the right to refuse any installation that we believe is unsafe or structurally unsuitable.
Media and Marketing
Photos and videos of completed projects may be used on our website, social media pages, advertising, Google Business Profile, or promotional materials unless the customer specifically requests otherwise.

Payments
