Some are shy and reserved.

And honestly?
We wouldn’t want it any other way.
The Dogs Always Know First
There’s something funny about dogs.
They figure people out fast.
We’ve had big protective dogs calmly walk over and lean against Jenae five minutes after we arrive.
We’ve had nervous rescue dogs slowly come out from hiding just to sit beside her during an install.
We’ve had tiny dogs follow her room to room like she’s been part of the family forever.
One customer even laughed and said:
“Wow… he NEVER does this with strangers.”
That stuff sticks with you.
Because it’s real.
Even the Cats Approve
And somehow…
even the cats love her too.
Which honestly might be the biggest accomplishment of all.
We’ve had cats supervise installs from entertainment centers.
Peek around corners while we work.
Sit beside ladders.
Rub against tool bags.
And stare at us like they’re quality control managers making sure everything is level.
There’s something comforting about moments like that.
They remind us that this business isn’t just about TVs.
It’s about trust.
