Welcome to ZEHM TV Mounting Services LLC, proudly veteran-owned and family-run by a husband-and-wife team based in Lakewood, Washington. Our story isn't just about TV mounting in Lakewood WA — it's about love, hustle, and building something real from the ground up.
🎖️ Where It All Began
I joined the U.S. Army in June 2010 as a 12N Heavy Equipment Engineer. At MEPS — the military entrance processing station — I met Jenae, my future wife. Funny enough, I first noticed her twin sister, but when Jenae walked in wearing a red plaid top, blue jeans, and those furry boots… I was done. Love at first sight.
We got married on May 21st, 2011, just before I deployed to Afghanistan.
🪖 After the Army: Struggle, Strength & Starting Over
After medically retiring in 2014, I worked every job I could — over-the-road trucker, bank teller, valet, and even a contractor in Kuwait. But when Jenae’s father was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, I came home to support her and our family.
From 2017–2019, I worked as a local truck driver. When COVID-19 hit, I was laid off — but by then, a new opportunity had already taken shape.
🛠️ Building ZEHM TV Mounting Services
On June 1, 2019, I started offering TV mounting services on Facebook. One job led to another, and by the end of the year, I was earning the same as my full-time job. In January 2020, I left trucking and committed fully to ZEHM TV Mounting Services, where we also offer wire concealment services to enhance your installation.
Today, Jenae and I run the business together — showing up for every install as a team.
👨👩👧👦 Our Family
We’re raising our two beautiful kids here in Lakewood. Our daughter HazelGrace, born in 2016, is our firstborn, an angel baby with big dimples and the most stunning, long curly hair. Sweet as can be... until toddlerhood, of course. Our son Peyton, born just 15 months later in 2017, inherited Jenae’s looks with Elvis-style curls and the biggest smile. We also share our home with our 4 cats — Bella, Baby, Kit Kat, and Cheeto — and 2 dogs, Zeus and Hades. It’s a full house, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
